Friday Night with Friends

My first Friday Night with Friends and I fell asleep before finishing!

I'm working on Bonnie Hunter's Mystery Quilt EASY STREET!  I just started last week on this scrap quilt and managed to completed Step 1: 192 4-patch units.  Tonight I wanted to complete Step 2:  128 Flying Geese units.  I started them earlier in the week and I was going to stay up until I finished.  My downfall was sitting and having a snack on my way to the ironing board.  I'm not sure how many I finished but here's my results...

It's taken over 1 1/2 hours, 3 computers and my daughters help to post these pictures...computer problems!

Visit the other Friday night sewers by clicking here to head over to Cheryll's blog, the host of this get together.  While there, you'll see information on her Valentine Swap.  (I'll try to put buttons on the sidebar if my computer hasn't given up on me)

Have fun sewing!

There is nothing worse than computer problems...I've had my share for the last 2 months....sure takes the fun out of blogging. This is my first FnwF's too, looking forward to next month already. I've been tempted to start Bonnie's EASY STREET but I have so many UFO's I really don't want another one. I went to a Bonnie Hunter workshop in November...what a great time. Happy stitching, Pauline

No wonder you fell asleep early. Just look at how much sewing you've done this week.

Can't wait to see how your mystery quilt comes together. No wonder you were tired after all the sewing you did during the week. Hope your computer problems sort themselves out soon

LOL, that's funny. I've done that before, falling asleep that is. It always happens when you stop to take a break. You got lots done anyway!
